FRIENDS OF DESFORD SURGERY -  PATIENT PARTICIPATION GROUP 

The Friends of Desford Surgery are looking for enthusiastic new members to join them in supporting the Medical Centre. The group meet 4 times a year, and represent the voice of patients, and also attend regular meetings within the wider Clinical commissioning group. Additionally, the group produce a quarterly newsletter for patients, as well as organise fundraising and health awareness events. If you are interested in joining the group, please contact Mrs Anju Maini, at the Surgery. Thank you!

 

Appointments can now be booked on line.  Please contact the Surgery, if you wish to use this facility.  Details will be provided on how to register.

 

Repeat Dispensing

 

If your repeat medications are stable you may be eligable to participate in repeat dispensing. Here we authorise a pharmacy of your choice to provide you with medications until your next review. Which should save you time. Do have a look at Q and A and if you are interested download the patient agreement and having completed it drop it into the surgery
