An opportunity for patients to say goodbye to Dr Gauntlett & Alison has been arranged for Thursday 30th September.

Patients wishing to take this opportunity are most welcome to pop into the Church Centre (next door but one to the surgery)between 12noon and 2pm

There is a book in reception for you to add your comments or farewell message.

This will be presented to them at the end of September for them to take with them to France
