Should you have any specific complaints about our service please bring them to our attention either in writing or by speaking directly to Anju or Dr Maini. We will respond to any complaint within 48 hours.

It is only through feedback that we can give you the service you want. We do not see complaints as purely negative, and we are also happy to receive your positive comments about the practice. If you feel unable to complain to us then contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) or the complaints adviser at NHS England on 0116 2957554
