FRIENDS OF DESFORD SURGERY -  PATIENT PARTICIPATION GROUP 

The Friends of Desford Surgery are looking for enthusiastic new members to join them in supporting the Medical Centre. The group meet 4 times a year, and represent the voice of patients, and also attend regular meetings within the wider Clinical commissioning group. Additionally, the group produce a quarterly newsletter for patients, as well as organise fundraising and health awareness events. If you are interested in joining the group, please contact Mrs Anju Maini, at the Surgery. Thank you!

Detailed Coded Records

Desford Medical Centre offers you access to your medical record(also known as Detailed Coded Records access). Some examples of the coded information you will be able to view with online access includes: Vaccination and Immunisation history, consultations and test results.

The practice is working closely with clinical software providers to develop appropriate systems for patients to request online access to their detailed coded records using methods that are secure and safeguards the best interest of the patient.
