*Seasonal Flu Vaccinations*
Vaccination gives the best protection against flu, and it is important to protect yourself this Winter. We are now booking appointments for flu vaccines, for all eligible patients. Eligible patients are:
- Patients aged 65 and over
- Pregnant women
- Patients aged between 6 months and under 65 years in a clinical risk group (such as Diabetes, COPD & Asthma etc.)
- Close contacts of immunocompromised individuals
- Carers
Please contact the Surgery to book in. Clinics will run from the 16th of September 2023.
GP Appointments
Due to COVID-19, GP appointments are temporarily not pre-bookable.
To book a GP appointment you need to call on the day you require the appointment at 8am. Sometimes the line may be engaged due to a high volume of calls, if this is the case, you may need to re-dial a few times to secure a place in the queue, where a member of staff will answer your call as soon as possible.
PLEASE NOTE, ALL GP APPOINTMENTS WILL BE A TELEPHONE CONSULTATION INITIALLY, AND THEN IF CLINICALLY NECCESARY THE DOCTOR WILL ARRANGE A FACE TO FACE APPOINTMENT WITH THE PATIENT.
Nurse appointments
Nurse appointments can be booked via the phone or online if you have signed up to our online services. We usually only book 1 month in advance with our nurses.
